For over 15 years, Chef Pedro served as Executive Chef at Phillippi Creek Oyster Bar, one of Sarasota’s most beloved dining institutions. There, he led high-volume culinary operations serving thousands of guests each season, never compromising on quality, creativity, or genuine hospitality.
