81 Oaks is an assisted living and memory care community located in the Sarasota, Florida area.

81 Oaks is a senior living campus with 66 assisted living and 32 memory care apartments. Phase 2 will consist of 39 independent living apartments, as well as 57 villas/cottages.

81 Oaks offers a variety of spacious residences for assisted living including studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 400-750 square ft. memory care apartments are private suites ranging from 350-375 square feet.

81 Oaks is an intergenerational campus that houses over 100 oak trees, a charter school with over 850 students, a church and more. Oak trees symbolize discernment, strength, honor, protection and healing. At 81 Oaks, residents will receive holistic personalized support and much like an Oak tree has many branches and strong roots. From an abundance of amenities to the access to assisted living, memory care and independent living giving residents peace of mind with access to any care level they need.
