Great dining isn’t just about food — it’s about feeling at home, cared for, and celebrated. That’s exactly the spirit Chef Pedro Flores brings to 81 Oaks Senior Living, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome him to our community.

Chef Pedro officially joined us on March 16th, and from day one, his warmth, creativity, and deep love of hospitality have been felt throughout our dining room. He is a true community treasure, and we’re honored he’s chosen to make 81 Oaks his home, too.

For over 15 years, Chef Pedro served as Executive Chef at Phillippi Creek Oyster Bar — one of Sarasota’s most beloved dining institutions. There, he led high-volume culinary operations serving thousands of guests each season, never compromising on quality, creativity, or genuine hospitality.
