81 Oaks is Scheduled to Open in Early 2023
A new way of living is almost here. To better serve the growing senior living demand in the Sarasota area, a new resort style state-of-the-art retirement community is coming to Sarasota, Florida. Construction is underway on 81 Oaks, a 98-unit assisted living and memory care community coming in 2023, with a plan to offer 41 independent living apartments in Phase II and 57 villas and cottages in Phase II in 2024. The multi-story 81 Oaks will provide high-end inspired retirement living, featuring an abundance of amenities and services in a vibrant and engaging environment.
Developed by N21 Group, LLC., 81 Oaks will be managed by Solvere Living, a highly acclaimed national operator of senior living communities based in St. Petersburg, FL. Solvere Living has for the fifth year in a row been honored by the Great Place to Work Institute with certification as a Great Place to Work. Wiseman Construction is handling construction of the two-story luxury community, designed by the award-winning architectural firm Lawson Group Architects, INC. The owner of the future community is pastor Dr. Larry Baucom of Suncoast Community Church.
Located in the southern part of Sarasota near I75, Phase I of this charming community is over 90,000 square feet and is part of an intergenerational campus houses featuring over 100 oak trees, a charter school, an all-inclusive church, auditorium, trails, gazebo and more that can be enjoyed by residents at the community.
81 Oaks will have a movie theatre, spa and fitness center with exercise and therapeutic equipment.
